Vegetarian Chili

How many servings do you want to make?

Ingredients needed:
lbs Kidney Beans
lbs Chili Beans
oz of Tomato Juice
oz Tomato Sauce
oz Diced Tomatoes
cup(s) of chopped Onion
cup(s) of chopped Celery
oz canned Mushrooms
cup(s) of frozen Carrots
chopped Green Pepper(s)
cup(s) of frozen Corn
lbs frozen Broccoli
lbs frozen Cauliflower

Directions:

In a large soup pot combine above ingredients. Cook until vegetables are tender.

Season to taste with:
Salt
Pepper
Hot Chili Powder
Garlic Powder
Basil
Oregano
Tabasco Sauce

(Note: To avoid soup sticking and burning at bottom of the pot, use a double boiler. Place soup pot into a slightly larger pot. Add water into the larger pot until the level of water surrounds the soup pot.)
