Egg Drop Soup |
Directions:
Bring chicken
broth to a boil.
Blend cornstarch
with water. Add to broth. Stir.
Add onions to
soup.
Add each egg (one
at a time), stirring after each egg is added.
Leave at low heat.
Season to taste
with:
Pepper
(Note: To avoid
soup sticking and burning at bottom of the pot, use a double boiler. Place
soup pot into a slightly larger pot. Add water into the larger pot until
the level of water surrounds the soup pot.)
