Directions:

In a large soup pot boil navy beans, split peas, lentils and bay leaves, with enough water to cover ingredients for one hour.

Add kidney beans, chopped onion, chopped celery, carrots and ham.

Season to taste with:
Salt
Pepper

Garlic Powder
Oregano
Worcester Sauce

(Note: To avoid soup sticking and burning at bottom of the pot, use a double boiler. Place soup pot into a slightly larger pot. Add water into the larger pot until the level of water surrounds the soup pot.)
